ARRI expands its LED lighting lineup with the SkyPanel S60-RP Tungsten LED Remote Phosphor Softlight, designed to offer exceptional color accuracy and versatility in a range of professional lighting applications. Featuring a substantial panel surface area of 25.4 x 11.8 inches, the S60-RP provides broad and even illumination, ideal for film, television, and photography. Supported by a robust steel yoke, this light is engineered for durability and easy positioning.
Advanced Remote Phosphor Technology
The SkyPanel S60-RP utilizes advanced remote phosphor technology, where powerful native LEDs excite a phosphor panel to achieve precise color temperatures. This method not only simplifies the internal electronics, resulting in a lower price point, but also increases brightness by approximately 10% compared to the color-tuneable S60-C version. The S60-RP comes with a 3200K phosphor panel that delivers a high CRI of 94, ensuring accurate and consistent color reproduction.
Superior Soft Light Quality
The S60-RP is designed to produce high-quality soft light, which is essential for beauty lighting and other applications requiring smooth, shadow-free illumination. The light?s design includes carefully selected diffusion panels, an LED mixing chamber, and a large surface area, all contributing to a homogeneous beam that wraps around subjects, eliminating harsh shadows.
