ARRI continues to expand its LED product line with the SkyPanel S30-RP Tungsten LED Remote Phosphor Softlight, now available in a sleek black finish. Designed for versatility and precision, this light is ideal for both studio and mobile applications. The S30-RP is supported by a pole-operated aluminum yoke, offering flexible positioning and easy adjustments. The light?s compact 14 x 11.8″ panel provides powerful illumination equivalent to a 1,000W tungsten soft light, while consuming only 240W of power, making it highly efficient.
The SkyPanel S30-RP utilizes advanced remote phosphor technology, where powerful native LEDs excite a 3,200K phosphor panel, producing precise color temperature output with an impressive CRI of 98. This method results in 10% more brightness compared to the color-tuneable S30-C version, while simplifying the internal electronics, leading to a lower overall cost without compromising on performance.
Advanced Features and Control
The S30-RP comes equipped with a 3,200K remote phosphor panel, providing tungsten-balanced light ideal for a variety of professional applications. Optional phosphor panels are available in different color temperatures, including 2,700K, 4,300K, 5,600K, and 6,500K, each offering excellent color rendering with high CRI values. A Chroma Green panel is also available for specialized lighting needs. The light offers 0-100% dimming, which can be controlled via the onboard interface or remotely through DMX or LAN connections, providing flexibility in various lighting setups. The fixture also includes a USB-A port for convenient firmware updates, ensuring the light remains current with the latest features and advancements.
