ARRI S30-RP Daylight Overview
ARRI continues to expand its LED lighting range with the SkyPanel S30-RP Daylight LED Remote Phosphor Softlight, now available in a sleek black finish. This light is engineered for both studio and mobile applications, offering flexibility and precision in a compact design. Supported by a pole-operated aluminum yoke, the S30-RP allows for easy and precise adjustments, making it an ideal choice for a variety of professional settings. The 14 x 11.8″ panel provides powerful daylight-balanced illumination, equivalent to a 1,000W tungsten soft light, all while drawing only 240W of power.
The SkyPanel S30-RP utilizes advanced remote phosphor technology, where the 5,600K phosphor panel is excited by powerful native LEDs to deliver precise color temperature output with a high CRI of over 94. This method not only enhances brightness?making it about 10% brighter than the color-tuneable S30-C version?but also simplifies the electronics, resulting in a more cost-effective solution without sacrificing performance.
Advanced Features and Control
This version of the S30-RP comes with a 5,600K remote phosphor panel, ideal for achieving daylight-balanced lighting. For added versatility, additional panels are available in various color temperatures, including 2,700K, 3,200K, 4,300K, and 6,500K, each offering high CRI values for exceptional color rendering. A Chroma Green panel is also available for specialized lighting needs. The fixture features smooth 0-100% dimming, controllable via the onboard interface or remotely through DMX or LAN connections. Additionally, the light includes a USB-A port for easy firmware updates, ensuring it stays current with the latest advancements.

The SkyPanel S30-RP is known for its superior soft light quality, offering smooth, even illumination with a homogeneous beam field.
