ARRI S360-C Overview
The ARRI SkyPanel S360-C LED Softlight is a massive and versatile lighting solution for large-scale film and television productions. It features a significant panel surface area of 50.4 x 34.4 inches, making it one of the largest softlights available, perfect for producing a soft, even light that wraps around subjects with a wide 105? beam angle. Despite its size, the S360-C is energy-efficient, consuming only 1500W while delivering an output equivalent to an 8000W tungsten soft light.
Full Spectrum Color Control
The S360-C offers extensive RGB+W color control, allowing users to adjust the color temperature from 2800K to 10,000K, with precise control over hue, saturation, and green/magenta balance. This capability ensures accurate color reproduction, essential for high-quality film and broadcast work, supported by a CRI of 95 and a TLCI rating of 90.
Versatile DMX Control
The S360-C includes built-in LumenRadio CRMX wireless DMX control, in addition to traditional wired DMX and RDM support. This wireless capability allows for flexible setup and control, reducing the need for extensive cabling. The fixture also features USB-A and Ethernet ports for firmware updates and DMX configuration.
Dynamic Lighting Effects
This model supports advanced lighting effects, such as fire, police car, and paparazzi, which are enhanced by the large surface area of the S360-C, making them more dramatic and powerful. These effects can be easily controlled via the onboard interface or remotely using DMX.
Swappable Diffusion Panels
The S360-C allows for the changing of diffusion panels, including Lite, Standard, Heavy, and Intensifier options. The included Intensifier panel boosts brightness by 50%, making it suitable for long-throw applications.
Lightweight, Durable Design
The fixture is supported by a carbon fiber yoke, which reduces the weight by over 50% compared to steel yokes while maintaining durability and strength. The S360-C is built to withstand the rigors of professional use, with robust construction designed to last beyond 50,000 hours of operation.
