Shipping Policy – MACCAM

At MACCAM, we use FedEx for all our shipping needs to ensure reliable and timely deliveries. Below, you'll find detailed information about our shipping process, costs, and policies.


1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options through FedEx:

  • FedEx Ground (Standard Shipping): 3-7 business days
  • FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days
  • FedEx Overnight: Next business day

Shipping times are estimated and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Rates & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Standard shipping fees vary depending on the size and weight of the item.
  • Expedited shipping (2-Day and Overnight) is available at an additional cost.

We do not offer free shipping at this time.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM (PST) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We currently ship only within [Specify Countries/Regions]. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • If FedEx is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once your package is shipped, FedEx is responsible for delivery.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with FedEx Customer Service.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will work with FedEx to resolve the issue.

MACCAM is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


6. Signature Requirement

  • Orders over $500 may require a signature upon delivery.
  • If you need to waive the signature requirement, please contact us before your order is shipped.

7. Returns & Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • If an item is returned due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect address), the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

  • You can track your order using the FedEx tracking number sent via email.
