The Claypaky Tambora Stormy RGBW Linear Fixture is a high-output strobe and wash solution built for demanding environments, featuring an IP66-rated weather-resistant housing for reliable indoor and outdoor use. Equipped with 675 x 2W RGBW SMD LEDs and a wide 120° beam angle, it delivers up to 34,000 lumens for powerful illumination across stages, venues, and large-scale productions.
Designed for dynamic visual effects, the fixture offers 16-bit high-resolution dimming with five curves and supports three core lighting functions: color, strobe, and dimming. With 27 segmented LED zones (3 x 9 pixel mapping), it enables detailed control for advanced pixel mapping and layered effects. A 2700–8000K color temperature range ensures flexible color output, while adjustable strobe speeds from 1/1 to 1/30 and built-in effect patterns allow for customizable visuals including color, speed, direction, and fade.
The Tambora Stormy supports DMX, Art-Net, sACN, and RDM, along with a built-in web server for remote configuration. It features multiple control modes—Basic, Standard, and Advanced—with channel options of 10, 26, and 32, plus expanded Pixels Engine modes (81 and 108 channels) for deeper control of RGB and RGBW layers.
Engineered for durability, the fixture uses a magnesium housing with thermal protection and operates within a -4°F to 113°F ambient range. It dissipates approximately 2460 BTU/hour (±10%) and includes forced ventilation with axial fans and adjustable noise modes (Fixed, Auto, Silent, Theater, Constant) for optimal cooling and quiet operation.
Built for flexible rigging, the fixture can operate in any position and supports horizontal and vertical configurations. It includes an Omega mounting bracket with fast-lock system for quick and secure installation.
