Kino Flo LED-140X Overview The Kino Flo FreeStyle 140 LED DMX Controller is a versatile and advanced lighting solution designed specifically for use with FreeStyle T44 Bulbs. This powerful controller includes a power cord for operation on 120 VAC and can simultaneously control and power up to four T44 LED tubes (tubes sold separately). With its four distinct operating modes, the controller offers unparalleled flexibility and precision in managing your lighting output. In White Mode , the controller allows you to adjust the color temperature of the LED tubes within a range of 2700K to 6500K, seamlessly transitioning from warm tungsten tones to cool daylight hues. You can also fine-tune dimming levels and make green/magenta adjustments to achieve the perfect balance. For more creative possibilities, the Gels/Hue Mode expands the color temperature range to 2500K–9900K and provides access to a variety of specialized presets, including blue and green screen settings, sodium vapor, mercury vapor, and over 100 classic lighting gel looks. This mode is ideal for achieving specific moods or matching unique lighting conditions. The RGB Mode unlocks precise control over the individual red, green, and blue LEDs, enabling you to craft custom colors with ease. This mode is compatible with apps featuring predetermined RGB presets or color wheels, giving you even more creative freedom. For dynamic effects, the FX Mode offers customizable presets such as Candle, Fire, TV, Police, Lightning, Paparazzi, Pulse, and Scroll. Each effect includes adjustable parameters, allowing you to tailor the intensity, rate, and style to suit your needs. For example, the Lightning effect includes "Storm" and "Frankenstein" presets, which can be further modified for added variation. The integrated display screen provides real-time feedback on dimming levels, Kelvin settings, green/magenta shifts, and DMX channel information. Four built-in buttons offer quick access to default Kelvin presets, but these can be customized to match your preferred settings. The intuitive control knob allows you to adjust dimming, color temperature, green/magenta levels, and DMX addressing with ease. This controller supports both wired and wireless DMX functionality, ensuring seamless integration into professional workflows. It accepts worldwide power inputs ranging from 100 to 240 VAC at 50/60 Hz and can also be powered via an 18 to 36 VDC battery using a 3-pin XLR connector.
