LiteGear warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one year from the original purchase date. For warranty service, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting LiteGear's Service Team at info@litegear.com. The product should then be shipped to LiteGear with the RMA number clearly visible on the package.
